MANAGING COMMITTEE
Ø Consists of 5 M.C. Members including President, Vice President, General Secretary and Finance Secratery .
Ø Member(s) nominated by Cooperative Department.
Ø Elected for a period of three years.
Ø Due time election is mandatory.
Ø Election through Secret Ballot.
Ø To award contract after getting tenders.
SECRETARY ADMINISTRATION
Ø To look after the administration of the Society.
Ø Will work under the general control of M.C.
Ø Maintenance of paper record.
Ø To summon and attend General Meeting and M.C. Meetings.
Ø To record the proceedings of all Meetings.
Ø To record annual performance of all the employees.
Ø To look into the proper running of office.
GENERAL MEETING
Ø At least one meeting every year.
Ø Quorum 250 members.
Ø 15 days’ notice to members along with Agenda.
Ø Annual Accounts have to be approved by AGM.
Ø Amendment in Bye-Laws with the approval of AGM.
Ø Admission/expulsion of members with the approval of AGM.
Ø Framing of rules- election committee, building Bye-Laws, service rules and building rules.
