Infrastructure

State Life Housing Society has state-of-the-art infrastructure available which is constantly maintained.

Roads
There is a well-developed road network with a total length of 18.7 km which include wide main roads keeping future traffic congestion in mind.

Water
There are two overhead water tanks with the capacity of 100,000 Gallons and multiple functioning tube-wells for uninterrupted supply of water to the residents of the society.

Gas
Sui Gas connections are available in Phase – I of State Life Housing Society.

Electricity
For providing electricity to the residents of Phase – I, we had applied to WAPDA for establishing a Grid Station in the Society for making electricity available to both the phases to which they agreed. At present the electricity is being supplied to the residents through one 400 KVA Transformer and four additional 200 KVA Transformers, which is at present sufficient to meet the requirements of Phase – I residents. Apart from electricity supply to the residents there is a network of Street Lights along the roads of the society. For street lighting electric poles along with electric installations have been installed on roads throughout the Society.

Sewerage
There is a well-built sewerage system developed for the residents of the society. The total length of the sewerage system is 15.56 km for Phase – I with an additional of 4.82 km of rain water drainage network. The capacity of the sewerage water storage is 318,056 liters and a pumping unit is also installed over there for draining the sewerage into the main drain.
